When will my products be dispatched?
Our dispatching time is 7 - 14 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update.
How are my products shipped?
Depending on size, quantity and of shipping method, orders are shipped by La Poste, Tracked Letter, Colissimo, or Delivengo for international shipping.
Will I be able to track my products as they’re shipped?
Yes, we offer detailed tracking for all orders.
Where can I find my parcel tracking information?
Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address.
When will my products be delivered?
The product reception delay varies with your living country:
France: 24 to 48H
Dom-Rom: 6 to 10 days
Pom: 7 to 10 days
Benelux: 3 to 5 days
Switzerland: 3 to 4 days
Europe: 3 to 11 days
Intercontinental: 6 to 14 days
Be careful, our deadlines are given as an indication and according to average deadlines noted. They may be shorter or longer in some cases and a delay can not be a cause of cancellation or refund of the order.
What is my status order?
If you have placed your order for less than two weeks (10 working days), your order is most likely being processed without any particular problem. We invite you to wait a few days, you will receive an email confirming the departure of your order.
If you have placed an order for more than two weeks or if you have a deadline approaching, you can reach us by mail at email@example.com We will give you more information.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Delivengo.
How to change the delivery address?
In case of address change, we ask you to wait for the order to be shipped and our carrier to contact you. It will then give you the summary of your delivery information while giving you the opportunity to change them. It will simply be necessary to make the request before the parcel leaves in delivery the next day.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
According to Article L. 121-20-2, 3 ° of the Consumer Code, the law on the 7-day withdrawal period for the e-commerce sector does not apply to personalized goods ( the seller can not resell the custom product and any work started on your order is lost.)
So, it's not possible to cancel an order. However, as long as the graphic work has not started, we are willing to make changes to the marking requested provided that it does not increase the price of the product.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Return wise, we don't do size exchanges or returns. Indeed, being on custom products on demand, customers doesn't have the possibility to get a product exchange or a refund.
I received my order, there is an error or a problem with my product?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply send an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org providing your order number, the problem found and photos to prove it. We will judge the legitimacy of your request and will compensate you if necessary, by republishing your order.
I received my order but I would like a refund?
In the case that the product received does not match the quality or what you ordered, we are committed to doing the right thing to reissue your order. However, we will not refund, in accordance with the law governing the activity of personalization in the field of e-commerce.

We will base on the visual generated on our site to judge the coherence between your order and the delivered product. Our customers' satisfaction being our first priority, any difference between the two will result in compensation from us : credit, discount or reissue of the product.
I received my order but the color does not match what I see on the screen?
The visuals used to show our products are either those provided by our suppliers. They are faithful to the actual colors of the products.
On the other hand, each computer screen is set differently and a rendering can change from one screen to another. We indicate the name of the colors (you can display them by passing your cursor on the tablet) in order to bring you the maximum information to make the right choice. We can not be held responsible for any difference between what you have on the screen and what you receive if the color received matches the selected color name.
How to choose my size?
For each product, we provides technical information and a table of measures to help you make the right choice. Also you can read the product description for information on the style and cut of the product, to consider depending on how you wear your clothes. You can check the size chart.
I received my order, the size does not suit me?
If the size displayed on the received product label does not match the size of your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the photo of the label in the neck of the product. If we made a mistake we will reissue your order.
If the size displayed is correct, it may be a manufacturer error. Please check the measurements posted on our site (guide size). If they do not match, don't hesitate to send us an email to email@example.com a photo of the product with a meter placed on it in order to prove the difference with the measure announced.
If the measurements displayed on the site match with the actual prdocut measurements (within a margin of error of +/- 5% manufacturing), the responsibility of Seven Stars Fast can not be engaged.
